Matha's story

Matha is a 41-year-old woman who is married with six children and they live in a community in Honiara, capital of Solomon Island.

She runs a small marketing business selling mixed goods at the market to earn a living. She has been in this business for one year.

Matha has requested a loan to pay for additional cartons of noodles, biscuits, tuna, bales of rice, sugar and mixed snacks to sell to assist her in running her business.

She will use her profits to meet her family's financial needs and to grow her business.

She joined SPBD in 2023.
