A loan helped a member to buy supplies to increase trade.

Santa Rosa 05 Group's story

Elma Elena is 27 years old, single and has two children. She makes a living selling sausages and chips from her home.

Elma started this work three years ago. She wakes up early, gets her children ready for school and then works at her business.

Elma used her previous loan to buy merchandise. She will use this loan to buy supplies to increase trade.

Elma knows her loan group as they are neighbours. The group's goal for this loan is to expand their businesses. For their own lives and families, their goal is to use their profits to help their children learn a profession.
