Antonio's story

Antonio, 48, is a hard-working businessman. He lives in Cabo Delgado province, Mozambique. He buys and sells agricultural surpluses such as sesame, corn, and beans.

Antonio intends to increase the volume of agricultural surpluses, and to achieve this goal he is applying for his first Kiva loan, to better respond to the growing demand for cereals.

Antonio is sure that investing in his business is providing better living conditions for people in his community.
