Ikaze Tcb Group's story

Pelagie is a 42-year-old mother of 2 children who are between the ages of 13 and 16. Her husband is a farmer, and for the past 5 years, she has been selling foodstuffs.

Pelagie is the leader of the group called Ikaze Tcb (which in English means “Welcoming people”). Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Pelagie will use her loan to buy more sorghum and beans to sell in her community and meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide medical insurance for the family and also furnish her home.
