06_Ndiang Bambodj Mousdalipha Group's story

This group is composed of ten women united by the spirit of solidarity and mutual aid. They live in the same neighborhood and have taken advantage of the opportunity to join the bank villageois once it was launched in their village in December of 2010. They mainly work as vendors.

Ms. Diatou (the one standing on the right in the photo, with her hand raised) is the group's representative. She is 55 years old. She is married and has three children, including two daughters.

She sells plates, towels and bed linen. She has been in this line of business for a number of years and has plenty of experience. With this new loan Diatou plans to buy plates, towels and bed linens to sell retail to her customer. With her revenues, diatou plans to develop her business, bolster her savings and help her husband with household expenses.

In this group: Diobou, Diatou, Fatou, Mané, Ndeye, Khoudia, Alassane, Sokhna, Khadidiatou, Anta Mbaye
