A loan helped to buy fishing lines, hooks, nets, fishing rods and other items.

Carmen Melva's story

Carmen Melva and her family live in Jaramijó, a place where people work hard and strive to get ahead each day.

She is a hardworking woman who strives every day to generate her own income to help her husband with household expenses. She runs her business selling fishing materials from her home and sometimes she goes out and makes sales as a street vendor to the fishermen in her area. She works every day, and due to the difficult circumstances, she must find a way to sell a little more.

She is grateful for the support received because thanks to this her business is growing gradually. This loan is for the purchase of fishing lines, hooks, fishing nets, fishing rods, and other items.
