When I began researching neo-pagan religions, I knew I had found my people, my tribe. I have 21 years of experience down my own path, and I have been certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher for 20 years.
I am motivated by truth, acceptance, tolerance, and love. My community has been shamed and persecuted since the days of the Salem witch trials. My mission is to create a safe space for those who wish to practice their faith to be able to do so without fear of recrimination or reprisal. I want to fight the stigma attached to phrases "witch," "pagan," or "heathen" so that the faith that I practice, and that of my fellow witches, does not have to be carried out in secret.

Our business serves the spiritual/neo-pagan community essentially. We are a mixed retail and services business. Our services range from weddings and handfastings to memorials for dearly loved people and pets. We also offer classes on more popular topics, like oils, general protection spells, and sigils, as well as Reiki classes and attunements in 12 kinds of energy healing.
We are passionate about conserving our Great Mother Earth, so we strive to reduce our footprint and seek to repurpose or reuse as many materials as possible.
Our business is currently focused online for booking items (weddings, faerie parties, etc.). We do have inventory that we are working on uploading to the website for retail. Typically, we vend at events to put our names out and advertise.
My husband and my other partner Jasmine started the business. We began our venture in the spring of 2022 after much contemplation and discussion with my partner. We pursued this business because of what it means to and will do for our local pagan community.
What is the purpose of this loan?
We are applying for this loan to allow us to acquire some of the newer technologies that would rocket us upward, such as a 3D printer, which would allow us to create molds or other projects where we would like to add additional dimension. It will also assist in providing us with funds to push forward with our marketing campaign and our initiative to purchase what we cannot make ourselves from other small businesses in our community.
This loan would impact us positively, allowing us to expand our presence in the marketplace, showcase our unique classes and events, and support our initiative to improve things for those in our community and the world. It would provide a step upward; that way, we can actively work toward our community contributions and define our path forward to accomplish some of our more complex future plans.
In addition to the above, it would create the opportunity for our business to become more active in community affairs, supporting us to begin a food bank and thrift store to support our business and those in need further.

When lending internationally, the local currency in a borrower's country may lose some of its value compared to the US dollar -- requiring the partner to use more of its local currency to repay Kiva in USD. We offer some Lending Partners the option to protect themselves against currency fluctuations by choosing to pass on these losses to Kiva lenders. By bearing this risk, lenders protect the partner and its borrowers from catastrophic currency devaluations and contribute to the sustainability of their operations.

"Yes" means the Lending Partner will cover any currency loss. Lenders will not bear losses due to currency fluctuation
