Ubumwe Tcb Group's story

Jeannette is a 45-year-old mother of six children between the ages of 6 and 21 years old. For the past 22 years, she has been selling vegetables. Her husband is a construction worker.



Jeannette is the leader of the group Ubumwe TCB, which means “Joined as one” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.



Jeannette will use her loan to buy more carrots, onions, tomatoes and green peppers to sell within her community. With the profits from her sales, she will be able to set aside some savings and expand her business



She is grateful for the support from the lenders.
