Rosie's story

I launched in September 2020 during the upswing of COVID to become solely a Remote Online Notary. Due to the minimal out-of-pocket costs, I funded the costs of training, education, and multiple certifications for the first year. Year 2 friends have contributed resources, contacts, and even gas cards to help grow Marksman when first easing into the Loan Signing Agent world. When I started my "mobile" notary business I didn't own a vehicle. It wasn't until March 2021 that I purchased my vehicle outright. After gaining sales & customer service experience with multiple Fortune 500 companies from 1996 until 2020 Toys R US, Best Buy, National Steel, AT&T, Comcast, EDS, Bank of America, USAA, AAA, and Liberty Mutual totals 23 years of Customer Service & Sales I decided to apply it to my own company and here we are!

The motivation for me is being able to assist my community with these simple services with an amazing appointment without breaking the bank or searching for other less-qualified options. My other motivation is being able to build a strong recession-resistant business that can create generational wealth for my family.
