A loan helped a member to buy vegetables, beef, ham, cheese, eggs, etc.

Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

This group is in its ninth cycle of the women's committee program. In this program, the women all fight for a better life for their families—to give their families what they never had themselves. They are also in the poverty elimination program.

One of them is Asuncion, who makes a living selling food. She mentions that she is very good at what she does and that her goal is to continue working in order to help her family and give them a better life.

She is a hardworking person who fights for her family so that they have everything they need and do not have to go without. Asuncion considers herself a tenacious person who is always trying to grow and succeed in life despite difficulties.

She is requesting this loan to purchase ingredients for making her dishes, including vegetables, beef, ham, cheese, and eggs.

Note: In order to avoid gatherings of people because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the photo has only one person, even though this is a group loan.

In this group: Tamara Monserrat, Elisa Veronica, Dolly Ester, Carolina Concepcion, Asuncion, Mirtha Elizabeth, Silvia Carolina, Inocencia, Fabiola, Maria Etelvina, Pablina Graciela, Fidelina, Felicita, Mara Beatriz, Lorenza, Tamara Diana, Fatima Noemi, Teodora, Elizabeth
