I operate out of Miami FL, have a physical location (Office), and would have had a showroom again but I closed it down during the pandemic. I hope to create another showroom for customers to see products. I don't really need too much overhead as my business is conducted in the owner's location most of the time.
I started my own business 7 years ago, but sold my first one and have held 100% ownernship of this one for 2 years now.
What is the purpose of this loan?
I have a few orders from manufacturing that I need to catch up on but mainly the loan funds would be for stock. When I close a deal it takes about 2-3 months from order and installation to finish a project (I profit at the end).
By having material stock up front (usually all standard sizes), I can turn around projects in weeks instead of months to make profits faster, and customers love quicker projects as opposed to having to wait months.
