Emmanuel's story

As a young athlete, I've always had the benefit of having to be able to perform and move my body in different angles and planes for better function, and I noticed how well it helped me in my everyday life. As a collegiate athlete, I was focused on my degree of study and how I could best help people if I decided not to go semi-pro. Since I decided to go straight into the workforce as opposed to going to grad school, I knew whatever I did need to be something that I was happy doing and that would make an impact on the society I chose to serve. I am motivated by what fitness, health, and wellness can do for a person, and even more so what they can do for an entire community.

From my own experience going through athletic injuries and rehab to being a physical therapy tech at Mercy hospital for 2 years, and especially from my experience as a personal trainer for over 20 years now; I can truly appreciate how the pursuit of complete wellness can transform a person and develop new gratitude for life. My full intention is to influence an entire community to want to move in a way that changes the perspective and its social construct of it in such a way that it improves and increases economic growth.
