A loan helped black woman-owned business transform writing for first-generation college, law students.

Sydney's story

I realized that strong writing is the key to upward mobility and that doesn't just start with the admissions process, but begins much earlier in the K-12 space and continues throughout your college and professional life. Without strong guidance and essays, the equity gap in education continues to widen.

In the U.S. only 25% of 8-12th grade students are proficient in writing with Black students having the lowest marks out of every ethnic group. The percentage of Black students has decreased by nearly 60% at the top 101 colleges in the U.S. and 49% of Black students don't get into a single law school they apply to. When they do get into law school they end up at lower-ranked schools and end up taking out 97% more debt than their white counterparts.

Our patent-pending essay software scales our proven essay method and helps writers better organize their thoughts, create strong outlines, write better essays, and advance in career and education.
