A loan helped a member to buy tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, carrots and other vegetables in bulk.

Paloma Group's story

The group is called Paloma and it was formed by friends and neighbors coming together in the city of Encarnación. They seek a way to be able to improve their quality of life and that of their loved ones. They are also in the elimination of poverty program, where everyone is looking for a way to improve themselves and get ahead.

Ninfa is one of them. She is the mother of two children, for whom she fights in order to be able to grow and get ahead. She makes a living selling vegetables that she offers every day from early in the morning.

She says that she needs to invest a little more in her business in order to buy tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, carrots and other vegetables in bulk.

She is happy for the opportunity she is receiving to be part of the group, which will be a great help to her in order to be able to invest in her business as she has been doing.
