This group is made up of 10 women who share strong ties of solidarity and mutual support. They live in the same locality and seized the opportunity to join the women's group when it was established there in April 2021. Their main activity is small-scale trade.

Mrs Farmata, (standing on the far right of the photo with her hand raised), is the representative of the group. She is 51 years old, married, and has five children, including three daughters. She is a small-scale trader. She has experience in this business, having practised it for several years.

With this new loan, she plans to buy bags of peanuts and beans to sell at the weekly markets.

With the profits, she plans to develop her busuiness, contribute to the savings group, and provide for herself and her children.

In this group: Farmata, Kadiata, Aissata, Faty, Tabara, Fatimata, Awa, Fama, Coumba, Houlimata
