My heart was set on going to college and making a better future for my children. I attended the Indiana University of South Bend and worked two jobs to purchase my first home. Unfortunately, I worked full-time at Bayer Co and attended college. Luckily I had my family's support.
After graduating from college with a BA in Psychology and Mass Communications, I moved to Indianapolis for better job opportunities. After working for the state of Indiana for 6 years, I landed a contract job as an Application Tester. During this time, my son graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a BA in Education.

February 21, 2022, is the date that Kery Enterprise LLC was formed It is named after my late mom. She gave me the strength and motivation to make my dreams a reality. Kery Enterprise LLC is a family-oriented business. Community is what drives are ambition and dedication. We have experienced it firsthand through trials and tribulations.
I decided to start an online electronic business with also a vending booth at Shadeland Peddlers Flea Market. Since the business is a minority and woman-owned business, we aim at making every effort to engage the community in changing our environment. As a current IT professional for over 10 years, I have seen firsthand what the lack of technology can be a disadvantage to the community. Applying for this loan took plenty of research and analytical planning. I had to determine if all else fails how can I pay back this loan. The decision to take out the loan was not just about money and buying products. It is more to do with how will they impact the community if I don't. I will fail my community by not providing them with the technology that they may have the privy of gaining more knowledge.
Our world has become so tech-savvy that if you don't know about the impact of technology, you may be forced out of your jobs. We offer some Lending Partners the option to protect themselves against currency fluctuations by choosing to pass on these losses to Kiva lenders. By bearing this risk, lenders protect the partner and its borrowers from catastrophic currency devaluations and contribute to the sustainability of their operations.

"Yes" means the Lending Partner will cover any currency loss. Lenders will not bear losses due to currency fluctuation
