Joyce's story

Joyce is a 50-year-old mother of five. She joined Hand in Hand Eastern Africa in 2019 to benefit from enterprise development and financial management training.

She does mixed farming. She is borrowing a Kiva loan to buy seeds and fertilizer. She hopes this will increase her production, hence increasing her income. She will use the increased income to provide food and clothing for her family.
