With money received from the loan, she wants to purchase building materials. In the future, she wants to purchase a piece of land in Bishkek and start building a house there.
Jamal K. is the treasurer of the group. She is 41 and married. She has two daughters. Jamal is engaged in poultry and her husband went to work in Russia. Jamal started her business a year ago with the initial investment of 1,500 soms and now she makes 3,000 soms per month. With money received from the loan, she wants to start building a place to keep chickens. In the future, she wants to purchase a vehicle and a flat in Bishkek.
Argen K., 35, is married. He has two daughters and a son. Argen is engaged in cattle breeding. He started building a house for his family and he hopes to obtain the loan because he needs money to purchase construction materials in order to finish building a house.
Baktygul A. K., 25, is married. She has a daughter and two sons. Her husband works as a taxi driver. A year ago, with the initial investment of 50,000 soms, Baktygul rented a container and started to sell convenience goods from it. In this way, she makes 7,000 soms per month. With money received from the loan, she wants to purchase more goods in order to increase the turnover of her business.
