A loan helped to buy materials and supplies to plant her crops.

Carlota Janeth's story

Carlota, 32, lives with her children and her husband in Cahuasqui Parish, located in the north of Ecuador.

Her main work is agriculture because of the climate and good soil for crops. Carlota works in agriculture working the family land where she has strawberries and beans.

Carlota needs a loan to buy poles and wire for her crop.

Carlota works a lot so she can give her children better conditions and because she wants to give them an education.

This is Carlota's fifth Kiva loan. She repaid all her previous loans on time. Carlota is very grateful to Kiva for their trust and support.
