Hellen lives with her family which is made up of her partner and child, who is two years old and is her financial dependent. She does not have relatives who live abroad.
Hellen owns a business selling tortillas. She established the business at one of the entrances to the passageway. Her customers are her neighbors and people who pass by on the street. She works from Monday to Saturday with a schedule of 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Her advantage is that she does not have a lot of competition in the zone. She comments that her mother taught her this trade and that she has had her own business for five years.
She is applying for a loan to get the financial resources which will serve her to strengthen her business. She will purchase corn, firewood, and lime powder in bulk to stock the inventory of her tortilla business. So, she will get the necessary merchandise at a low cost, with the hope of increasing her sales and earnings to improve her family's finances. There are no current problems with developing her business.
Hellen's dream is to have financial stability, expand her business, and share a more comfortable lifestyle with her family.
