I provide shared affordable housing for those in need, specifically persons afflicted with mental health illnesses. I am based in Fresno, CA, and currently operate a 4-bedroom home serving 4 women. I have acquired a 14-bedroom home where I will serve up to 28 people needing a safe place to live. I decided to start this business to be active in the fight to end homelessness.
What is the purpose of this loan?
I am applying for this loan to fully furnish my home for a mid-May open house and June 1 move-in date. With this loan, I will be able to purchase beds and bedding, dressers, refrigerators, and a washer and dryer to make it easy for others to transition into the home. By bearing this risk, lenders protect the partner and its borrowers from catastrophic currency devaluations and contribute to the sustainability of their operations.

"Yes" means the Lending Partner will cover any currency loss. Lenders will not bear losses due to currency fluctuation
