A loan helped a member to purchase used sheets.

Esperanza Y Fe : Grupo 3 Group's story

Rosa, of Dominican nationality, is a 54-year-old woman. She is currently in a common-law marriage and the mother of 4 children. She completed school through the 4th year of secondary school.

She has been in her business for approximately 4 years. Previously, she worked selling corn bread, sweet potato bread, and sweet broad beans. Then, after two years with this business, she understood that she needed to continue growing, so she decided to establish a convenience store and sell bales of used clothing.

She established this last business approximately two years ago and it is located in her house. With this loan, she wants to purchase a bale of used sheets to manage to have a greater variety of products and, so, to satisfy her customers' needs and manage to generate more income.

Although it sounds funny, her current challenge is that her children want to eat their snacks from the convenience store. She is the coordinator of the group and this is her 6th loan with AEI.

Her dream is that her business will grow more each day.

Thank you for supporting Rosa and the group Esperanza y Fe: Grupo 3!!
