A loan helped a member to buy tools.

Yanapacuna Group's story

The Yanapacuna communal bank is part of the Panamerican Agency. It is comprised of eight members who are friends and neighbors from the area. It is led buy a board of directors, and Eusebia is a member of the board of directors.

Eusebia, age 49, is married and has four children. She currently has a business, which is a body shop. The loan that she will now take out is to increase capital to buy tools that she will get from the wholesale vendors in the city of La Paz. Afterwards this will serve as a means of production.

This way of working allows her to generate resources in order to support her family financially. Her aspiration is to improve her quality of life.

Eusebia asks that you continue putting your trust in her communal bank.

Only the board of directors appears in the photo due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
