A loan helped to buy 120 sacks of charcoal.

Koffide's story

Married and raising three children, Koffide is a 55-year-old man. He trades in charcoal, which he obtains in rural populations and then resells in the city. He would like a loan so he can order a sufficient supply of sacks of charcoal to sell and satisfy his customers.

Translated from French by Kiva volunteer JOHN LONSDALE.

This loan is special because:

It helps vulnerable populations in Togo access credit and grow their businesses.
