A loan helped a woman-owned business with coaching and we development.

Tawni's story

I grew up as a pastor's daughter, cooking, decorating, and entertaining large groups of people. The joy that folding napkins into extravagant shapes and patterns brought to others' faces, delighted me. It felt like such a small gesture but had a profound effect in lifting the spirits. My family did not have a lot of money and worked very hard to make ends meet. I watched my parents work multiple jobs for grueling hours, and often for people that were unkind. They believed in their children and encouraged us to chase our dreams.
I found a fire in my soul for something great. Something that would make my family proud. A "Career" that would pay the bills and allow some relief and joy in life. So, I began to work multiple jobs. I yearned to learn as much as I could about every industry I was able to, to find the "secret formula". My family, and everyone we knew, were workers. Dedicated, driven, and exhausted.

As I became a single parent, I found it imperative to be free. My journey to entrepreneurship fueled my excitement to teach others how to live a life with happiness and celebration. I love embracing new ideas and creating buzz around burgeoning small businesses. Bringing light and encouragement into the newest digital world, while connecting people with their ideal customers, has become my greatest delight. Every moment in business deserves a celebration.
