Banco Solidario Chontaccocha Group's story

The BANCO SOLIDARIO CHONTACCOCHA is in its 12th loan cycle. The group is formed by 12 members. On the photograph and because of the pandemic, only three of the representatives of the group are shown, those who form the board of directors: its president, treasurer and secretary.
Milma, 36 years old, has 3 children who are 16, 12 and 8. She has a domestic partner who works in agriculture. She considers herself a hardworking and enterprising woman in all things she wants to do.
For 14 years, she has had a cacao and mullein business as a day laborer. Her biggest challenge is therefore to buy a farming parcel and cultivate plantations of cacao, coffee, mullein, among other plants.
Also, her greatest dream is to have a diversified parcel and to work technically the products that she will grow in that parcel. Besides this business, her other source of income is her job as a day laborer.
She will use the Kiva loan to maintain her farming parcel and wants to invest to fertilize it and have a better and more productive harvest in order to continue rendering quality products.

In this group: Gonzalo, Walter, Abdeel, Rosana, Yessica Edy, Yaki, Karina, Victoria, Maribel, Yovana, Panfilo, Milma
