La Esperanza Group's story

This group is called Esperanza. These women focused on the goal of growing, not only financially, but also as people. They are also within the poverty elimination program, where they all seek a way to improve and get ahead.

Worth mentioning among them is Graciela Mabel. She is a single mother and has one young child for whom she fights to give a better future and to not forgo any necessities. She works in artisan crafts, sewing ornamental lace. She is very good at what she does, and it is through her work that she helps sustain her household and her family.

She requested this loan to buy fabric, thread, needles, and other materials.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo while avoiding gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
