A loan helped to buy lemon juice, palm oil, and honey.

Ma's story

Ma is in her 50s and lives with her husband and six children. She sells local food products such as lemon juice, honey and peanut butter. She buys these products at the weekly markets to resell them. Her business is noble and profitable, and she is very proud to do it as it is her livelihood.

Ma is applying for a Kiva loan to buy more products in order to increase her turnover. Ma has a lot of family expenses, but thanks to her business, she manages to take care of some of the needs of her large family.
