Mobile notaries travel to the client's location to conduct notarizations in various physical locations such as homes, offices, place of work, etc. We had such a wonderful experience with our notary and saw a need in the community for more mobile notaries as home buying and refinances started increasing, when we bought our first home in 2019. Being a first time home buyer, the process was challenging, but once it came to signing the final documents, it is an experience that we will always remember. Creating such an experience for someone else and leaving a lasting impression is most fulfilling.
What is the purpose of this loan?
We are applying for this loan to grow our business so that we can improve on our development and production to help others who want to start providing mobile notary service and need those who need guidance to become more knowledgeable and confident in providing signing services. With this loan, we will be able to acquire the tools that are needed to expand on how we can help other notaries, locally.

We offer some Lending Partners the option to protect themselves against currency fluctuations by choosing to pass on these losses to Kiva lenders. By bearing this risk, lenders protect the partner and its borrowers from catastrophic currency devaluations and contribute to the sustainability of their operations.
Potential for currency exchange loss is noted on every loan profile under the loan details:
"Yes" means the Lending Partner will cover any currency loss. Lenders will not bear losses due to currency fluctuation
