A loan helped to purchase the ACE One hybrid energy system for cooking, lighting and charging in a way that is safer, cleaner and saves money.

Thach's story

Thach is a 38-year-old woman who lives in a traditional hut with access to electricity, with 4 other family members. Thach works as a teacher but struggles with gas and energy expenses. She spends a total of USD 25 a month on all of her fuel and electricity expenses. Thach bought the ACE One cookstove to help her family save the money they spend every month on fuel and also help them access solar electricity for charging their mobile devices any time for free. The ACE One clean cookstove is biomass and solar powered. For more information on the ACE One cookstove please visit www.africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @African Clean Energy.
