This helped me to realize that a business was more than making money it's about the impact on the people who surround you. You see by her example she gave hope and provided employment opportunities to those who would not have been afforded great pay, benefits, and representation in a field that was dominated by men at that time.
Prepped Place is a home services company, we provide cleaning, maintenance, design, and moving. We touch alot of lives. The goal is to create an experience when our clients return home. In this busy world, we take one thing off of our client's plates. I find joy in making things beautiful, organized and most of all we create comfort.

Prepped Place was started of necessity. I was wanting to create an additional resource for income. So I invested in a small short-term rental. The only issue was I couldn't find a cleaning company at the time that could provide the flexibility in scheduling, and that could meet the detailed requirements of restocking amenity items and reporting potential maintenance issues.
Prepped Place was created in November 2018! We currently provide cleaning, staging, laundry, maintenance, and moving services. At this time we operate out of several warehouse locations and our day-to-day operations are run remotely.

We offer some Lending Partners the option to protect themselves against currency fluctuations by choosing to pass on these losses to Kiva lenders. By bearing this risk, lenders protect the partner and its borrowers from catastrophic currency devaluations and contribute to the sustainability of their operations.
Potential for currency exchange loss is noted on every loan profile under the loan details:
"Yes" means the Lending Partner will cover any currency loss. Lenders will not bear losses due to currency fluctuation
"Partial" means that the Lending Partner has opted to cover losses only up to 10%. If the U.S. dollar appreciates more than 10% against the local currency, those losses will be passed onto lenders.
