Porche's story

At a very young age, I showed a strong interest in culinary. Before eating, I would smell my food first, and although I would get into trouble for it my parents later realized I was developing my palate. As my interest grew stronger, I began studying under my grandparents learning methods and recipes for preparing meals. Grandma Ruby trained me on how to prepare southern-style soul food meals while Grandpa Rufus trained me on mastering the grill. By 14, Chef Ché (I)took on the responsibility of preparing meals for her younger sister while both parents worked.

In 2009 I received my Culinary Arts degree from Robert Morris. My experience at Robert Morris University expanded my culinary skills teaching her to prepare a variety of cuisines across multiple cultures including Greek, Creole, and French. Full of Flavor offers a variety of services and products that makes mealtime a lot easier for the average family. Services healthy meal prep, and catering for all events. Full of Flavor also offers an all-purpose seasoning titled “Favor Flavas” which is a spice blend of Chef Ché’s favorite flavors. Chef has begun documenting all her recipes which she will soon release in the form of pork and red meat-free cookbook; the first of many.
