A loan helped a member to buy rice, noodles, oil, preserves, snack foods, and other products to sell.

Mujeres Del Exito Sr Group's story

The Communal Bank “Mujeres del Éxito Sr” is part of the San Roque agency. It consists of eight members and is led by a Board of Directors in which Sra. Maria Ines is the president.

Maria Ines is 20 years old and lives with her partner and one child. She has a neighborhood store and will use her portion of the loan to buy preserves, rice, sugar, noodles, and oil. Maria Ines acquires her products from wholesale vendors and then sells them at her store. By working in this manner, she is able to generate an income. Her goals are to expand her business and have a house of her own. Maria Ines asks that the lenders place their trust in her Communal Bank.
