The “Corazon de Jesus Atocha” communal bank, as a part of the UYUNI Agency, is made up of 9 members. It is led by a board of directors, of which Nelly is the president. Nelly is 36 years old, and lives with her partner. She has two children. For two years, she has sold toys.
With her loan, she will buy toys, which she will acquire from wholesalers and then sell. This type of work allows her to generate income. Her goals are to expand her business and to own her own home.
