A loan helped to purchase more reels of thread, packs of buttons, ribbons and lace to complete her customer's orders on time.

Rehana's story

Rehana is 44 years old, married and a mother of six. She has been doing business as a tailor for many years to supplement her husband's income. She has accepted the fact that if her husband works alone for their family, they will not be able to meet the household expenses and the educational needs of their children. That is why she started tailoring at home to support her family as well.

Rehana, together with her husband, manages their household while operating a business. At this time, she is working hard to continually provide income to cover their everyday expenses. She has requested a loan of 100,000 PKR to purchase more reels of thread, packs of buttons, ribbons and lace to complete her customer's orders on time. Her regular customers are her neighbors and the local community.

In the future, Rehana hopes to grow her business and provide her family members with a better standard of living.
