A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during COVID-19.

Hayati's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Hayati. She is 40 years old and married with four daughters. Hayati is a housewife that takes care of her children and her husband who is an employee. One of her children is still in school. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of a school from home that uses an online system. This made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and sending assignments to the teacher.

She has applied for a loan of 2,700,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI at Pontang branch to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during Covid-19. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the income from her husband.

Hayati is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her children and improves living conditions and creates a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank to all lenders.
