This wonderful woman is Ibadat. She is 23 years old, married and raising a son. She has a high school education. She has been farming and raising cattle since 2016 and that is her family's main source of income. Thanks to Ibadat's hard work and her husband's help with the farm, today she has 2 cows, 10 sheep, a horse and 0.8 hectares of irrigated land, where she grows organic clover.
To further develop her farm, Ibadat is asking for support from Kiva in the amount of 50,000 som (KGS). This will enable her to buy more livestock to increase her income from animal breeding. The proceeds of the loan will help her to expand her farm by increasing her herd of thoroughbred livestock.
