A loan helped a member to buy medicine.

La Giralda Group's story

Cristina is a hardworking woman, single with 2 underage kids, and one of them attends to school. She lives with her lovely family in a place known as Patzicia.

With the hope of providing a brilliant future for her family, Cristina works buying and selling typical güipiles (traditional Guatemalan blouses) from the region. She has also started a business selling medicine. She offers her products inside and outside her community.

One of Cristina’s dreams is to grow as a micro entrepreneur. To do that she needs capital, and this is one of the reasons why she has come to ADICLA to request a loan and invest it in the purchase of medicine. This plan will help her to improve her profits and gain new customers.
