A loan helped to buy some pigs and calves to raise.

Lý's story

Mrs. Lý is 62 years old and married. She has three grown and independent children. Her family lives in a small village, located in Nghi Son district, a coastal area of Thanh Hoa province.

Her husband is a carpenter. She has been working as a farmer for over 30 years, a skill that she learned from her parents. Sometimes, her husband helps her in the harvest season.

On her farm, she grows vegetables and raises chickens, pigs, and cows for sale. The income from selling animals is enough to cover her family's costs.

She is planning to expand her farm by raising more pigs and cows. She asked for her first loan cycle from Thanh Hoa MFI to buy some pigs and calves to raise.

She hopes for her farming work to do well in the future and for her family to be healthy.
