A loan helped a member to buy supplies: cement, metal sheeting, and nails.

El Billar Group's story

Ana Noemi is 29 years old. She lives with her five-year-old son who is financially dependent on her.

Ana has worked for 12 years as a domestic employee; her schedule is 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. It's a trade she learned very well and that enables her to earn income to help with the household responsibilities.

But she wants to improve her home, so she's requesting a loan to buy supplies: cement, metal sheeting, and nails.

This investment will help her make the necessary repairs on her roof and avoid the accumulation of water during the winter season, and give a better quality of house to her young son.

Ana, Sigfredo, and Reina make up the El Billar solidarity group. They're responsible and enterprising people who want the same goal of getting their families ahead.

In this group: Ana Noemi , Sigfredo Adonay , Reina Areli
