A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child’s education needs.

Arnah's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Arnah. She is 46 years old and married with one daughter and two sons. Arnah and her husband have been working as employees. One of her children is still in school. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of school from home that use an online system. This made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and send in assignments to the teacher.

Arnah has applied for a loan of 2,500,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI at Picung Branch to buy a smartphone for her child’s education needs. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan by using the profits generated from her job.

Arnah is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her children, and to improve their living condition and create a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank to all lenders.

Note: The girl in the photo is Arnah’s daughter who still in school.

This loan is special because:

It helps prevent the spread of disease by providing access to clean drinking water and sanitation.
