A loan helped to purchase fabric.

Marie's story

Marie (age 38) is a young shopkeeper. She is married and lives with her husband and three children, all of whom are currently in school.
Marie opened a small shop selling fabric. She sells different quality fabric for both men and women. She has a good location where merchandise can be displayed nicely and gain the attention of passers-by, allowing her to grow her customer base. Her business is going well, but she wants to truly strengthen her business. Therefore, she is asking for a 300,000 FCFA loan to purchase more fabric.
Marie is very proud to be a shopkeeper and to make her living in a dignified manner. Thanks to her business, she is able to manage her needs and as well as a portion of the family needs.
Marie dreams of opening a large shop to sell clothing and to hire retail staff.
