A loan helped a member to sell breakfasts.

08-Bonna Kadiamor Group's story

This group was created in December 2009 by women in the village who share the same values of solidarity, mutual support and selflessness. The women run small businesses.

Madame Mariama represents the group. She is the only person in the photo due COVID-19 prevention measures. She is 55 years old, married and the mother of nine children. She also has five other people in her care.

Mariama has a stall outside her home where she sells breakfasts. With this new loan, she plans to strengthen her business by buying the necessary ingredients for her restaurant.

Her profits will allow her to look after her own needs as well as those of her family.

In this group: Abibatou, Khadidiatou, Awa, Salimata, Fatou Ismaila, Aissatou, Sira, Maimouna, Aissatou Sire, Mariama, Ma, Aissatou, Rose, Mouskoye, Awa, Fatou , Astou, Fatou, Binta, Fatou Keba
