A loan helped provide at-risk women fair living wages to end extreme poverty and human trafficking.

Krystle's story

Through my experience as a personal stylist, I became an advocate for anti-human trafficking through organized efforts. My eyes were open to how the fashion industry exploits female garment workers when I discovered 85% of our clothes are made by women making less than $3.00/day. Extreme poverty puts women at higher risk of sex trafficking, domestic abuse, and slave labor.

Through Lev Apparel we get to create the ultimate cycle of women empowering women through purchasing power and job creation. Ending the cycle of poverty for generations to come.

This loan is special because:

It supports a business that is focused on hiring local employees and supporting minority women.
