Enrique's story

I studied the career of Industrial Engineer in Chemistry and worked 27 years in the Petroleum Industry, and during this period of my life, I have learned from my grandmother and grandfather various activities in the kitchen and tortilla industry, also helping and participating in different birthday events, weddings, sale to the public of various typical dishes from the southeast of Mexico and specifically from my state Tabasco.
