Tortillas Los Angeles, LLC has been making and selling high-quality organic corn tortillas and other products in Madison Wisconsin USA since 2015. We plant our organic corn and raise it in organic fields without herbicides and pesticides giving us the opportunity to provide products with a high nutritional value. After the corn is harvested, dried, and shelled, we process it for our tortillas and other corn products. We sell our products at farmer’s markets and to the general public. Putting our resources into our own commercial space and equipment will allow us to grow and market directly to new wholesale customers, as well as being able to fill our orders for the farmer’s markets. These investments are important to the future of our business.
What is the purpose of this loan?
This Kiva loan will help us to buy our special tortilla-making machine. This machine will allow us to make more volume and deliver our corn products to more farmers' markets, stores, and potentially other states.
