A loan helped to purchase dairy cows in order to increase the volume of milk she sells.

Ryszhan's story

This wonderful woman is Ryszhan. She is 56 years old, a widow, and raising to 2 children. She has a secondary education. As the main income for her family, she has been engaged in animal husbandry and crop farming since 1990.

Thanks to the hard work of Ryszhan and the help of her husband with the farm, today her farm has 1 cow, 5 sheep, 2 horses and 2 hectares of irrigated land on which she grows organic clover and beans.

In order to further develop her business, Ryszhan asks for support from Kiva in the amount of 200,000 KGS to purchase livestock in order to increase income from breeding livestock and the sale of organic milk.

The income from the loan will help her expand the farm by increasing the number of thoroughbred dairy cows.
