A loan helped to buy yarn for her weaving business.

Edalia's story

Edalia is 40 years old, married, and has four children. She has a weaving business that she started in 2018. Many people come to buy her goods every day. Running her business has made Edalia independent, as she can be responsible for herself and also help support her family.

She would like a loan of $1500 from KIF to help improve her weaving business. She plans to use this loan to buy yarn.

Edalia hopes to run a bigger business in the future and wants to thank lenders for this opportunity. Her husband is a teacher, and she lives with her family in a simple house in Lospalos District. This is her second loan. Her first loan is already paid off.

This loan is special because:

It provides entrepreneurs in underserved communities with the means to grow their businesses.
