A loan helped a member to buy peanuts.

05-Tessito Group's story

This group of women has been in existence since March 2017. They live in the same locality and have very strong ties of kinship and solidarity. Their main activity is agriculture.
Fatoumata, who is the group's representative, is 24 years old, married, and mother of 5 children, including 2 girls. She is active in agriculture.
With this loan, she plans to buy peanuts for resale, and then she will sell her produce at the local market at a good price, hoping to obtain better income.
With the profits, she plans to strengthen her savings and intends to help her husband to meet the family needs (food, care, schooling for the children).

In this group: Awa, Fatoumata, Sounkarou, Coumba, Mariama, Fily, Binta, Fatou, Souna, Amy, Nounkou, Coumba Fanta, Sona, Aminata
