Graciela Isabel's story

Graciela Isabel and her family live in the city of Tosagua. This is a productive canton where cacao, coffee, plantains, corn and more are grown. In addition, cattle, pigs and poultry birds are raised here.

Graciela and her husband sell vegetables and plantains at the city market. They have small premises that they rent, paying this monthly to the local authorities. The couple sells from very early in the morning in order to sell to customers who prefer them for the good, fresh products.

In the beginning, the health crisis affected Graciela very badly as she could not sells anything. Little by little, though, she is bringing her work back to life in order to continue earning an income.

This loan will be used to buy sweetcorn, potatoes, onions, oranges, watermelons, peas, runner beans, and more.

Graciela's dreams are to have her own premises to continue with sales, and for her family to enjoy very good health.
